Shipping
Shipping is free on crate engines to addresses across Australia, metro and regional. Engines are crated and dispatched via freight carriers suited to heavy items.

Delivery times
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days once dispatched, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer. We’ll confirm an estimate when you order and keep you updated.
Returns
Because every engine is matched and fitment-verified before dispatch, returns are uncommon. If you need to return an item, contact us within a reasonable period with your order number and reason. Engines must be unfitted, in original condition and packaging.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may incur freight and restocking costs. Contact us first — we’ll talk you through the options.Damaged in transit
Inspect your delivery on arrival. If the crate or engine is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. We’ll confirm the outcome and timeframe when your return is assessed. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
