Warranty claims, change-of-mind returns and how the process works.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Faulty engines and warranty claims

Every engine is covered by our 12-month or 50,000 km parts warranty, whichever comes first — see our Warranty page for the conditions. Our warranty is a parts warranty only. , it does not cover freight, labour, or any other expenses incurred in remedying a defect in the engine — including towing, vehicle hire, oils, coolant and other consumables, and workshop or removal and refitting charges. To make a claim, call 1300 200 320 with your order number and installation invoice.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return an engine within 14 days of delivery provided it is unused, unfitted and in its original crate and condition. Change-of-mind returns incur a 25% restocking fee, and freight is at the buyer’s cost. The balance is refunded to your original payment method after the engine is inspected.

Engines that have been fitted, started, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your warranty or Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty goods.

Call 1300 200 320 before returning anything. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
